Banas Crafts Producer Company Ltd (BCPCL)

BCPCL has been set up with the support of O/o The Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) Ministry Of Textiles, Govt Of India as an initiative in 2022 to revitalise the embroidery craft of Banaskantha  and reposition its cultural diversity by designing a business model that could not only create sustainable livelihood opportunities for embroidery craftswomen in the remote areas of Banaskantha, but also become a platform for them to express their creativity.

BCPCL is a collective, socio-cultural enterprise comprising  more than 500 rural 1971 Pak Migrant and now Indian citizens master craftswomen.

The Producer Company ensures that the artisans earn a dignified income and these creators of such exquisite embroidery secure monetary benefits that are rightly theirs.
